Version of the StuG flamethrower was based on the chassis of StuG III Ausf. F / 8 (identified by the absence of a turret, lights on the fenders and front fasteners simplified for towing).
The StuG-Flamm, however, never saw combat, it was all reset to 7.5 cm guns L/48 StuK 40, 1944
