This my friend is an (Sd Kfz 7/1) 2cm Flakvierling 38 auf Fahrgestell Zugkraftwagen.
There were 319 produced upto October 1944
They weighed 11 tons approx and could reach speeds of 50 Km per hour.
They had a Maybach HL62TUK engine
They had 8mm of armour all around (from 1943 anyway)
Heres the best picture I have of one, My picture and yours are clearly pre 1943 as they have no armour
The cab area of your picture is covered and nealry lead me to describe this as another vehicle until I saw the road wheels.
