George Frederick HADLEY

HADLEY, George Frederick, killed by enemy action on the 21st December 1940 aged 28 at the Corporation Bus Depot, Laird Street, Birkenhead. He was the son of George Frederick, foreman, horsekeeper, and Catherine of 3, Price Street, Birkenhead. He is at rest with his parents in Landican Cemetery, Birkenhead, Cheshire.

HATTON, James Henry (Harry). Leading Aircraftman 1090631, Royal Air Force (VR) died 10th March 1945 aged 39. He was the son of Samuel and Margaret and he was the husband of Florence Mary all of Birkenhead. His wife died 31st July 2001 aged 96. (Wills and Admin, Ancestry) He lived at 21, Mercer Road, Birkenhead. His effects went to his wife. He is at rest in Landican Cemetery, Birkenhead, Cheshire.

HEMBLEY, Walter Eric. Able seaman P/J60929 Royal Navy on H.M.S. Berwick died 11th July 1940. He is at rest in Landican Cemetery, Birkenhead, Cheshire.

HINKLEY, George James. Private 4041083, 8th Home Defence Battalion, Cheshire Regiment died 14th March 1941 aged 35. He was the son of George James and Edith Amelia and he was the husband of Rosina of Weston-super-Mare, Somerset. He is at rest in Landican Cemetery, Birkenhead, Cheshire.

HOLGATE, Frederick Albert. Private 5256253, 8th Home Defence Battalion, Cheshire regiment died 12th March 1941 aged 24 (CWGC have 19) He is at rest in Landican Cemetery, Birkenhead, Cheshire.
