George Edward Sefton

George Edward SEFTON. Stoker 284901, Royal Navy on HMS Stag. A true and loyal buffalo, remembered by brethren of Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes ( R.A.O.B). C.S.B. Born 29th May 1877 at Gravesend, Kent to George Edward and Sarah Ann nee Bush. In 1891 he was living with his parents and siblings at Short Road, Chiswick, Middlesex. Enlisted 10th March 1897, occupatiuon prior to enlistment, labourer. Died 6th September 1906 aged 28 of a thoratic aoratic aneurysm at Royal Naval Hospital, Malta. His mother was informed of his death on the 6th September 1906. At rest in Plot B Grave 130, Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta.
