Private 68545, George Cartwright, North Staffordshire Regiment Depot died 8th May 1920 at 8pm at the Military Hospital Curragh Camp County Kildare, Ireland of pneumonia aged 25. He was posted on the 28thth September 1919 whilst attached to the North Staffordshire Regiment Depot. He enlisted on the 1st September 1914 as Private 11743, North Staffords and gave his gave his occupation as Miner Loader and home address as Kidsgrove, Staffordshire. He was the son of Charles E Cartwright of Hall Green, Scholar Green, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire. Buried in All Saints Churchyard, Church Lawton, Cheshire
