- George BORLASE, Royal Navy. Commander of H.M.S. Hart, who died in Malta on the 10th September 1872. This cross is erected by the Ships Officers. The memorial is no longer a cross, just a memorial tablet which is in the Holy Trinity Church, Sliema, Malta.
Wills and Admin, Ancestry. He was formerly of York House, Penzance, Cornwall and late of the Naval Hospital, Malta where he died. His effects went Marian Borlase.
