Born 1871 at Portsea Island, Hampshire to John and Emily Lipscombe, nee Bruce. 1881 residing with her parents and siblings at Hanley Street, Kingston, Portsea Island, Hampshire. 1891 she was a housemaid at School Boarding House, Bishopswood Road, Hornsey, Middlesex. Died as the result of an accident 21 May 1919 aged 47 years, wife of Master Mariner George Bartlett who she married 1 June 1893 at St John Church, Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire.

G070 GEORGE HENRY BARTLETT. Born 1867 at Plymouth, Devon to George Bartlett. Master Mariner. Awarded a Second Mate Certificate on the 10 April 1885. Died in a hospital Malta for mental diseases 7 October 1941. Husband of Beatrice Jane. Wills and Admin, Ancestry - His residence was 23 Strada San Giovanni, Malta. His effects went to Louisa Bartlett, widow.
