Son of T Wilson Booth and M A Booth, of Bow, husband of Elizabeth Emily Booth, 33 Dyer's Hall Road, Leytonstone, London. His widow was granted a war gratuity 18 February 1919 revised 3 December 1919.

At rest at Cheltenham Cemetery Gloucestershire.
