DARLOW, Frederick. Sergeant, 97093, 1st Battalion, Border Regiment, died 26th July 1915. He was born in Tempsford Bedfordshire and lived in Roxton, Bedfordshire. He was the son of William and Elizabeth who were living at Church End, Tempsford, he was aged 5 months. In 1911 aged 20 he was serving with the 2nd Border Regiment and he was stationed at Martinique Barracks, Bordon, Hampshire.

HAMMOND, Thomas Verran. Private, 406, 2nd Battalion, Australian Infantry. Died of his wounds, 24th July 1915, aged 22 years. The son of William Charles and Mary Ellen Hammond, of Wentworth Street, Granville, New South Wales.


McKAIN, Thomas. Private, 6/686, 1st Battalion, Canterbury Regiment, N.Z.E.F. Died of tetanus, 23rd July 1915. The son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel McKain, of Weraroa, Levin, New Zealand.

All at rest in Pieta Military Cemetery, Malta. Plot B Row III Grave 2
