BARNES, Frank Stanley. Flight Sergeant 1188549, Royal Air Force (VR) died 15th February 1943 aged 31. He was the son of Henry Charles and Eleanor Ruth Barnes; husband of Marjorie Barnes, of Tiddington. Long Jump Champion of Norfolk for eight years, he held many championships at Athletic Sport. He is at rest in Stratford on Avon Cemetery, Warwickshire.
