Frank HARROD, 183518, Lieutenant, Royal Army Pay Corps. Died from the result of a direct hit in the bombing of Command Pay Office Villa Rosa St George's Bay Malta on the 2nd April 1942 Husband of Rachel Kennedy Harrod nee McCraith (who he married in 1914) of Hyde Park, London, W2. His son Ronald also fell. His wife Rachel died on the 15th February 1977 her residence was 24 Vanbrugh Park London SE3 At the time of his death his home address was Wayside Bury Lane, Epping Essex his wife was also living there. At rest in Pembroke Military Cemetery, Malta. P1/R4/G20.
