COBB, Frank. Private, 2nd Battalion Canadians killed in action in Flanders 18th November 1917. He was the son in law of Sam and May Symington and brother-in-law to CQMS Harry Gold Symington, Military Medial also fell . He was Private 727114, 102nd Canadian Infantry died aged 32. He was the son of Ruth Cobb of Heckington, Lincs., England and he was the husband of Iva Cobb nee Symington, of Factory House Gt. William St., Stratford-on-Avon, England. He is commemorated on his in-law\'s memorial in Stratford-on-Avon Cemetery, Warwickshire and he is also commemorated on the Menin Gate Memorial, Ypres, Belgium.
