- F159 Geoffrey BEAVER. Able Seaman P/JX540377 Royal Navy on HMS Peacock. Born 18 January 1927 to Charles and Mary Beaver, nee Draper of Loscoe, Derbyshire. Died at Royal Naval Hospital Bighi, Malta 23rd December 1946 aged 19 years of acute anterior poliomyelitis.
