Born 1875 to Joseph Maynard and Lucy Brown, nee Owen. 1881 with her parents and siblings at 2 Buck Street, Marylbone, London.

1891 she was visiting the home the Fairchild family at 51 Howard Road, West Ham, London.

She died 18 February 1919 aged 44.

A gratuity was granted to William Howard Tanter 3 September 1919.

At rest in Bear Road Cemetery, Brighton, Sussex.

Her service medals issued 9 October 1923.

Born 29 September 1879 (as recorded) at Folkstone which is in-correct. FreeBMD shows her birth year 1875, Maidstone. Her sister Mrs Bertha Louisa Tantor of The Poplars, Wanstead, Essex was her next of kin.
Trained at Poplar and Stephany Sick Asylum, London. Became charge nurse at the asylum and left 29 December 1902.
16 December 1914 he joined for duty at Queen Alexandra Military Hospital, Vincent Square, London. She was transferred to Salonika and joined for duty at 29th General Hospital.
15 July 1916 she was admitted to her hospital suffering from axillary abscess and transferred to Malta 19 July 1916 on hospital ship, Letitia, disembarking 26th. She was discharged from hospital fit for duty. She returned to duty with 29th General Hospital, embarking from Malta 5 September 1916 on hospital ship, Gorkha disembarking at Salonika the 8th.
20 October 1916 admitted seriously ill with malaria at her hospital. On the
21 November 1916 she was transferred seriously ill to Malta.
13 December 1916 she was transferred from Malta for Queen Alexandra Military Hospital, Vincent Square, London on hospital ship, Aquitania where on 22 December 1916 she was on a medical board and was given 15 weeks to 6 June 1917.
16 June 1917 she joined for duty at the Pavilion Hospital, Brighton on the
5 September 1917 she was on a medical board and given 4 months sick leave until 4 January 1918.
22 January 1918 admitted into Queen Alexandra Military Hospital, Vincent Square. 23 February 1917 Medical Board at Queen Alexandra Military Hospital, Vincent Square, London. Disability, Malignant malaria.
29 July 1918 she was transferred to Millbank Military Hospital with acute attack of appendicitis. Operation 1 August, appendix removed, and liver aspirated, no pus found. 5 September 1919 she was fit for home service only.

Died 19 February 1919 aged 39 years at Kitchener Sick Sister Hospital, Brighton, Sussex of pleuro pneumonia. She served 4 years and 66 days.
