Died 16 July 1918 at Queen Alexandra Military Hospital, Westminster, London aged 33.
Son of Frederick Kynnersley and Frances Harriet Smythies, nee Egremont. Husband of Elizabeth Henrietta Smythies, nee Harrison 60 Collier Road, West Hill, Hastings. His effects went to Edward Powell Smythies, commander, Royal Navy.
At rest in Cheltenham Cemetery, Gloucestershire.
N.B. His original memorial showed the badge of the Royal Army Medical Corps.
