Enlisted 7 November 1917 at Kensington, Victoria age 27.
16 November 1917 she embarked from Sydney on SS Canberra with the AANS for India. No record when the AANS. On disembarking in India she was posted to Victoria War Hospital, Bombay. She was transferred.
Died on active service of pneumonia following Spanish flu 17 October 1918 aged 28 at Family Hospital attached to the 34th,(The Welsh) General Hospital. Deolali, India.
At rest in Camp Cemetery Deolali. It was later changed in her records to Deolali Government Cemetery, India.
