KERFOOT, Edwin. Captain, 5th Manchester Regiment died at Cambridge Hospital, Aldershot, Hampshire on the 08/03/1920 aged 52. He was the son of Abraham and Betty. Born at Leigh, and he had lived at 68 Twist Lane Lancashire. He is at rest in Leigh Cemetery.

KLONDYKE PIONEER. Captain Edwin Kerfoot (52), native of Leigh, died yesterday at Aldershot after a short illness, leaving widow. He was one of the Klondyke pioneers, fought with the Canadians in the Boer War, and did valuable service as recruiting officer
