Edward OSBORNE

Edward OSBORNE. Private PO/4484 Royal Marine Light Infantry on HMS Leviathan. Born 15th December 1868, enlisted 15th November 1888, died in Malta 12th October 1905 aged 36 years and 10 months of an aortic aneurysm. His sister, Mrs S Jakes of 3 Bath Place, High Street, High Barnett was informed of his death 14th October 1905 and his father on the 24th October 1905. This stone is erected by his shipmates as a token of respect. At rest in Plot B Grave 111, Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta.
