GRAINGER (GRANGER) Edward Private 9638, 17th Coy, Labour Corps, formerly 29751, Lincolnshire Regiment. Died of wounds in Dover Military Hospital on the 2nd June 1917 aged 35. Husband of Lily Hooper (formerly Granger), of East Harlsey, Northallerton. Yorkshire. Son of William and Jane of Northallerton. Birth surname is GRAINGER. Commemorated on the war memorial at St Mary's churchyard, Leake, Yorkshire and also at rest in the same churchyard.
