Eldest son of Florence Eva and Lieut-Colonel Joseph Sydney Miller of 40 Inverness Terrace, London W.2 Palace Hotel, Lancaster Gate, London W 2. Wills and Admin, Ancestry - His residence in England was 40 Inverness Terrace, Hyde Park, London. His effects went to his wife.
