Born 18 July 1891 at West Hartlepool to Edmund and Sarah Ann Reveley, nee Burkins.
1901 with his parents and sibling at 69 Northumberland Street, West Hartlepool, Durham.
1911 Boarder at the home of the Turbull family at Cooks Buildings, Trimdon Colliery, (which is a village), Durham. occupation, coal shifter below ground.
Husband of Daisy Revely, nee Ward of 379, Main Road, Glascote, Tamworth.
Killed in action 28 October 1914 aged 21.
A war gratuity was granted to his widow the 06 March 1915 revised 28 July 1919.
Commemorated on the Ploegsteert Memorial, Belgium.
