E. EA. A. 612. DENIS PATRICK DOYLE. Private 8/5976, 6th, Royal Munster Fusiliers. Son of Andrew and Mary Doyle, of Ballyknocken, Ashford, Co. Wicklow, Ireland. Died in Tigne Hospital, Malta 7th April 1917 aged 22 years from injuries received at Macedonia. His father was granted a war gratuity 11 July 1917, revised 28 October 1919.

E. EA. A. 612. THOMAS DAFFURN. Driver 17522, B Battery 98th Brigade, (XVI Corps H.Q.) Royal Field Artillery. Born 1888 to Charles and Eliza Daffurn, of High Street, Broadway, Worcestershire. 1891 & 1901 residing with his parents at High Street, Broadway. 1911 boarder at the home of the Webb family at 4 Sheep Street, Bicester, Oxfordshire, occupation groom. Domestic. Died in Malta 1st May 1917 aged 29 years. On the 27 September 1917 his mother, Eliza and Miss Gertrude C Britnell were granted a war gratuity. His mother’s gratuity was revised 3 December 1919, Gertrude’s on the 8 January 1920.
