Captain 105288, South Wales Borderers attached to No1 Commando died of wounds in North Africa, 16th March 1943 aged 30. Son of Thomas Malcolm and Millicent Phoebe Davidson, of Purley, Surrey; husband of Leslie Mary Davidson, of Bromham, Wiltshire. His brother Allan Godfrey also fell. Buried at Bone War Cemetery, Annaba, Algeria Holder of the Military Cross
