- DANFORD LAYCOCK MARSH-SMITH Acting Pilot Officer of 10, Flying Training School, RAF Tern Hill, Shropshire killed in a forced landing at Hodnet, Salop 9th September 1937 aged 19. He was the sole occupant. Son of Eric C and Dorothy V Laycock from the region of Christchurch, Hampshire. Danford was born in the Edmonton registration district.
