- D512 Thomas SPINKS, Stoker Petty Officer K772, Royal Navy on HMS Wren. Born 31 March 1890 at Derby to John Henry and Sarah Spinks, nee Musgrove. 1901 he was residing with his parents and siblings at 19 Westbury Street, Derby, Derbyshire. Enlisted 9 May 1908 as Stoker 2nd Class. Occupation prior to enlistment, coal miner. Died 15th November 1924 aged 35 years from carcinoma of the liver at Royal Naval Hospital, Malta.
At rest in Plot D Grave 512 Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta.
