D485 William Arthur CUTMORE. Gunner RMA/13536 Royal Marine Artillery on HMS Marlborough. Born 8 December 1894 to Arthur James and Emily Sarah Cutmore, nee Wiseman. Enlisted 17 July 1913 aged 18 years 9 months and 7 days, residing with his parents and siblings, at 52 Havelock Street, Kings Cross, London. 1911 residing with his siblings and parents at 34 Havelock Street, occupation aged 16 office boy. Died 4th February 1923 aged 29 years at Royal Naval Hospital, Malta from appendicitis, acute perforation of stomach, general peritonitis, pyloric. His mother was informed of his death 6th February 1923.
