- D399 William NEWTON, Able Seaman J/39823, Royal Navy on HMS Caesar. Born 9 December 1899 at Birmingham. Died 12th October 1918 aged 19 years from broncho pneumonia. His mother, Mrs. Ester Page, 62 Nichol Lane, Bromley, Kent was informed of his death.
