- D398 Benjamin LAWRENCE Private, Ply/13379, Royal Marines Light Infantry, HMS Caesar. Born 8 July 1887 at West Derby, Liverpool. His mother Mrs. Ann Laurence living at Littewood Lodge, West Derby, Near Liverpool was informed of his death. Died 12th October 1918 aged 32 years, in Bighi Royal Naval Hospital from acute alcoholism.
At rest in Plot D Grave 398 Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta.
