I think it's early-mid 90's, not too long before they closed the place down mate as there are plenty of cranes in the background buidling the new junction that is now there and you can see all the mounds of soil piled up on the playing fields facing the camp.....pretty sad to see as I have great/funny memories of that MAD bastard Barney Barnish doing his week long sponsored walk without any sleep.

If it is mid 90's then its not 19 field RA it would be 27 field RA as we took over UBIQUE barracks in 1990 ish.
