Do you need us to help you identify this Torpedo?, or is it a little visual quiz?. I only ask because I can see a plaque attached to the torp which I believe would name its type etc.

well its seems to be a US Torpedo,looking at the surroundings.
here is what seems to be an identical torp http://www.ussvi.org/mem/state-n4.htm but Im no nearer telling you the exact type yet.
