I guessed that NJG1 referred to 'NachtJaegerGeschwader 1'.
I think it's an Me-110 Nightfighter of some sort. Found out on a web search that he was a German nightfighter ace, who finished the war with 121 kills. This Dutch website has some good pics of them:
