PRISONER OF WAR CAMP NO.27

Are we talking about POW camps on UK soil or somewhere else in the Commonwealth? I've got a good website locating every single POW camp in GB. If their list is numbered correctly, Camp 27 would be either Ledbury or Nottingham (GPC).

As usual I'm crap at putting links on this page, so let me know if you want it. There are very good ideas on how to find the info you need on that website.

I think i read somewhere that the issue was in local currancy IE: U.K. sd, Canada Canadian dollars. and such
