- ASTON Charles. Private 6997, 3rd Royal Garrison Regiment, buried 17th April 1904. Born at Croydon, enlisted on the 23rd March 1904, occupation prior to enlistment hair dresser. His father John was granted a gratuity on the 26th July 1904. He is commemorated on a memorial is in St Paul's Pro Cathedral, Valletta , Malta. At rest in an unmarked burial in Plot 4 Row 3 Grave 4. Imtarfa Military Cemetery, Malta.
