Major, Basil Laurence John CHANNON, TD, Royal Army Medical Corps. Born 8th January 1919 and died 1981 aged 62. He was the son of Laurence (Lawrence) Wolfe Channon (Formerly F27726, Royal Navy) and Ina Julia Corney nee Newman and husband of Mair Annette nee Thomas who he married in 1944 at St Asaph Cathedral. He is buried in St Asaph Cemetery with his wife , her parents and others
