Wills and Admin, Ancestry. He lived at 137 Spies Lane, Hill-and-Cakemore, Halesowen, Worcestershire and died on date stated. His effects went to Joseph James commercial clerk and his father William Ernest Hughes railway foreman

Son of William Ernest and Ellen Julia Hughes, of Quinton, Birmingham husband of Mary Renee Hughes nee James. At rest in Route De Solesmes Communal Cemetery, Cambrai, France. Also commemorated on a memorial plaque at the National Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas, Staffordshire.
