Cecil Roy KIPPEN. Sergeant (Wireless Op./Air Gunner) 778046, Royal Air Force (VR). of 1446 Ferry Training Unit, stationed at 21 Operational Training Unit at RAF Moreton in Marsh. Born 1910 to Horatio Colin Campbell Kippen and Elizabeth Caroline Kippen, of Doonside, Natal, South Africa. He was crew on a Wellington LB120 of 1446 flight which was fitted as a torpedo bomber stalled on approach to RAF Moreton in March 29 November 1942. Four of the crew was killed, he aged 32.

At rest on Moreton in Marsh New Cemetery, Gloucestershire.
