Son of George Hanley Hallam and Georgiana Louisa Hallam, of "Ortygia," Lower Rd., Harrow, and S. Antonio, Tivoli, Rome. Old Harrovian, entered at Trinity College, Cambridge. Buried at Ramleh War Cemetery, Israel.
