C326 WILLIAM HENRY McCLURE. Able Seaman 232410 Royal Navy on HMS Agamemnon. Born 11 November 1887 at Harrington to James and Mary Ann McClure, of 3 Shore Hill, Harrington, Cumberland. Enlisted 29 September 1904 on HMS Pembroke I. Occupation prior to enlistment bricklayer. Died 23rd September 1916 aged 28 years of a fracture to the base of his skull as the result of an accident. His mother was informed of his death.
