Born 1888 at Portsmouth to James and Sophia Jane Lee nee Rosier. 1911 residing with his parents and siblings at 181 Queens Road, Buckland, Portsmouth, occupation joiner at HM Dockyard Portsmouth. Died at Royal Naval Hospital, Bighi, Malta 5th August 1915 aged 27 years of dysentery.
