Son of Harry Kendrick, of 532 Stanton Road, Stapenhill, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, and of the late Alice Kendrick; husband of Ivy Eileen Kendrick who also died the same day. Buried at Oldbury Cemetery, Worcestershire
