This tablet is erected by the Cathedral Old Choristers Association 15th May 1920

In memory of the Old Choristers who gave their lives in the 2nd World War

HANCOCK Laurence, Sergeant Pilot, 977649, 35 Squadron Royal Air Force died 30th June 1941 aged 21. Son of George and Mararet Isabel of Bishopston, Bristol. Buried at Kiel War Cemetery, Germany

SYMONS John H, Able Seaman D/BD/X1749, H.M.S. Wizard, Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve died 10th June 1944 aged 25. Son of Henry Herbert and Gertrude Olive Symons of Bristol. Buried at Lyness Royal Naval Cemetery, Orkney
