Bridgeman, Francis Charles

Brigadier General.
He purchased a commission into the Scots Fusilier Guards in 1865 then lieutenant-colonel in 1877. Bridgeman obtained colonelship in 1887 and received command of the Staffordshire Infantry Brigade in 1892.[11] He became commandant of the central group of the London Volunteer Regiment.

Husband of Gertude Cecilia, daughter of George Hanbury and then he remarried Agnes Florence, daughter of Richard Holt Briscoe

This memorial can be seen in Saint Bartholomew church, Tong, Shropshire and he is buried in St Michael and All Angelss Church Cemetery Copgrove Yorkshire
