Son of Vincent Edward Bloor and of Mabel Alice Bloor (nee Cotter), of Stafford; husband of Vera Bloor, of Stafford. His brothers, Ronald Terence, Guy Hegan Bloor and Vincent Uzielli Bloor, died on service in the 1914-1918 War.
