Blackwell Samuel. He was Colonel of the North Gloucestershire Regiment of Militia. who died 30th April 1785 aged 52. He is at rest in Grosvenor Chapel, London. He was the husband of Anne who was the eldest daughter of James Lenox Dutton
This memorial is located in Holy Rood the parish church of Ampney Crucis, Gloucestershire.
