It may be the following soldier. Lance Corporal 22977 Richard Cecil BALLAM. 9th Royal Irish Fusiliers died 5th December 1918. He is at rest in Pont- Neuville Communal Cemetery, Tourcoing, Nord France In June 2014 he was commemorated on a poppy cross at the Woodstock Road War Memorial, East Belfast.
