- EATON, Arthur Roland. Sergeant 244344, C, Company 1/ 5th Cheshire Regiment, killed in action near Cambrai on the 26th November 1917 aged 20. He was the son of Joseph Hackney and Annie Eliza of 1, West Bond Street, Macclesfield. He is commemorated on a family memorial at Macclesfield Cemetery, Cheshire and he is at rest at Boursies. He is now at rest in Hermies Hill British Cemetery, France.
