- Arnold PEAT. Ordinary Seaman SS11386 Royal Navy on HMS Centurion, aged 24 years. Born 27 December 1899 at Rotherham, Yorkshire enlisted 26 August 1921 on HMS Victory I civilian occupation, miner. Died 2nd May 1923 aged 24 years. He was founds drowned at St Julians Bay, Malta. His mother was informed of his death 3 May 1923. 1911 residing with his siblings and parents Alfred and Eliza Peat at Brampton Bierlow, Rotherham, Yorkshire.
