The AN-124 Ruslan heavy transport aircraft has the largest payload and the largest accessible dimensions of any production airplane in the world.
The AN-124-100 civil variant was developed on the basis of the military aircraft.

That a big aeroplane!
Who owns this now ?, i heard somewhere that a private company owns two or three and charge an absolute fortune for their use.
 
Air Foyle HeavyLift are the worldwide General Sales Agent for Antonov Airlines, together they are marketed as Antonov Airlines. Based in Takeley near London Stansted Airport the 50 strong team of operations and commercial staff market the fleet of one AN225, seven AN124-100 freighters, together with one AN-22, and three AN-12 aircraft.

The joint venture between Air Foyle and HeavyLift Cargo Airlines was completed in 2001 creating Air Foyle HeavyLift developing strengths in different market sectors, now operating as a combined marketing effort to further improve the outsize cargo service delivered to customers.

We have just had an air-move of our equipment in an AN-124, they said that the contract was for 250,000 and the company charge 30,000 per day if the aircraft in suck on the ground! (as ours was, due to bad weather) :eek:
