- Andrew Barclay MILLIGAN, 2nd Engineer Officer, Merchant Navy on S.S. Ocean Courage (Liverpool) lost at sea by enemy action on the 15th January 1943 aged 33. He was the son of Robert , O.B.E., and Annie Barclay . He is commemorated on his parents memorial at Dundonald Cemetery, County Down, Northern Ireland and also on the Tower Hill Memorial, London
