Major 44022 George Guy Barry ANDERSON, 2nd Leicestershire Regiment, killed in action at Crete on the 23rd May 1941 aged 32. he was the son of John and Joan and husband of Rona of Quorn, Leicestershire He is commemorated on a memorial in Leicester Cathedral and also on the Athens Memorial, Greece
